Return, Refund & Warranty Policies

Wonderfriday.com.bd appreciates every single time you trust us with your purchase. We want you to have an absolutely hassle-free shopping experience. We assure you that all Products sold on wonderfriday.com.bd are unused/new. In case the Products you have received are ‘Damaged’ or ‘Not genuine,  you can submit your request. We will contact you within 7-10 days, after receiving your notification.

Return Policy:

  • We offer 3 days replacement manufacturing fault
  • If the product is not genuine (Must notify within 24 hours)
  • If you received a physically Damaged/Used/Different product from the courier service or delivery service. Must notify in front of the delivery man. Or please send the unboxing video of products including the wonder friday/brand-sealed package. It is mandatory, we will not accept any complaints without video.
  • If the Product is completely different from the picture, wrong description is on the website (Must notify within 24 Hours). The package must be intact/sealed as you received it. After opening package, any complaints will simply ignored.
  • If you change your mind/Misplaced an order – (Product must be unused/sealed, conserve the delivery packaging as you received, it within 24 hours)
  • Offer/discount/campaign/flash deal items don’t have to cancel, exchange, or replacement policy. You can check only Infront of delivery man. Please think and check before paying.

Note:

  • Product quality is up to the manufacturer. As we’re not the manufacturer you cannot return an item which you’re not satisfied with the quality.
  • Return is only applicable if the item’s condition is good. Too much scratched dirty broken product will simply ignored.
  • We do not support software-related issues ( Bugs, improvements) these are all out of our support policy.
  • You cannot return an item which was intact and you break the seal.
  • If you cancel the order after dispatched, you must have to pay delivery charges.
  • We don’t have any kind of exchange policy.
  • For the sake of minor mistakes in the product’s image, description, information, or illogical issues will be simply ignored. These are all out of our support policy.
  • To return, the customer must ensure the item is packed and delivered securely. wonderfriday.com.bd will not be held responsible if the goods get damaged on their return to wonderfriday.com.bd address.
  • Inside Dhaka, we request customers to come to our office so that they can explain the problem and get an instant solution. This is mandatory sometimes depending on the problem.

Refund Policy:

  • If we cannot provide a replacement.
  • If you change your mind & cancel the order before the Product is already shipped.
  • If the item is out of stock and you request to get your money back.
  • Delivery charges are automatically measured by our software depending on the item, it may be different, more or less from the courier charge. it’s not refundable. so while placing the order please check and agree.

Note:

  • Most refunds are fully refunded in 7-15 days after we receive and process your return.
  • If you pay us by using a card, then we will request a refund in the bank which will take 7-10 working days. (credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks)
  • If you pay us by bkash/rocket/mobile banking, then your money will be added to your desired account within 7-10 working days.
  • The customer must ensure the item is packed and delivered securely. Wonderfriday.com.bd will not be held responsible if the goods get damaged on their return to wonderfriday.com.bd address.
  • Any kind of misbehavior will simply ignore the complaint or may result delay in solving the complaint. Customer patience will highly be appreciated.
  • Partial advance payment/pre-order is non-refundable.
  • If the customer informs us to cancel the order after full payment, then BDT. 1000 or 70% will be taken as a penalty and he will not get any refund facility and only he’ll be able to take any other product using the rest of other balance amount.

Warranty Policy:

Brand Warranty:

  • Notify us during the warranty period.
  • We will communicate with brand/seller (within 10-15 working days)

Replacement Warranty:

  • Only applicable in case of a manufacturing defect.
  • Replacement only 1 time during the whole warranty period.
  • Notify us during the warranty period.
  • Any kind of scratch or dent products are out of our policy. You have to return fresh items as you received.
  • Replacement or fixing issue takes at least 3-4 weeks. We repeat it takes at least 3-4 weeks to replace or fix any product. You must have to agree before ordering.
  • If any item not fixable then we will replace it with new product.

Wonderfriday.com.bd Warranty:

  • Only applicable in case of a manufacturing defect (within 3 days).
  • Replacement only 1 time during the whole warranty period.
  • Count down start from the day you received the product.

Note:

Brand/Replacement/Wonderfriday.com.bd warranty information is generally written in the product description tab. If you can’t find it on the product page, then it doesn’t have any warranty. It will be under a basic return/refund policy.

We provide brand warranty as long as the authorized distributor continues their services. If any distributor discontinues their service, we will not provide any services or accept any warranty claim. Please think before ordering.

Shipping Cost:

  • Customers will bear their own shipping cost items for returning and sending back to them after fixing or providing the solution.
  • Delivery cost is non-refundable. We will deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount.

How to Submit Request:

  • You must provide us with your ORDER ID, EMAIL, or PHONE NUMBER to process your request.
  • You can communicate with us via sending email or via Direct Call.
  • In most cases, we ask for video unboxing of opening intact items from wonder friday packaging. So, it is recommended to capture a video and send us when you submit complaints.
  • Bad behavior/Lack of mandatory information will cause cancel your request immediately.
  • Return/Refund process takes 7-10 working days. In some situations, it may take longer. You have to cooperate with us.

Warning:

We do not accept any orders from under 18 children. If you are then it is highly recommended not to place any order otherwise, we will not hold any responsibility for the return or refund procedure.
